Fixing adblue problems
Car manufacturers are obliged to meet increasingly stringent anti-pollution standards. Thus, several technologies were born to meet this obligation such as the catalytic converter, the particle filter and, more recently, AdBlue. AdBlue is injected into the exhaust gases, inside the engine catalyst. This allows the production of a chemical reaction as well as a considerable reduction in polluting emissions. Untreated exhaust gases contain nitrogen oxides (NOx). These are very polluting and dangerous for the atmosphere. In addition, the AdBlue additive contains urea. The injection of urea into these gases, done at high temperatures, causes the formation of ammonia. This promotes the production of a chemical reaction that breaks down toxic nitrogen oxides (NOx) into environmentally harmless nitrogen (N) and water vapor (H2O). Is your AdBlue faulty? Solving egr problems
EGR for "exhaust gas recirculation", is an anti-mechanical process which reinjects the gases burned into the fresh air intake within a certain speed range. Calamine is deposited on the valves of this valve which can no longer be closed. Symptoms: engine fault light, loss of power. Electronic suppression: we reprogram your engine ECU in order to remove the EGR valve strategies (deactivation of the valve, suppression of the regeneration cycle and faults) Mechanical suppression: we disassemble the egr valve from your vehicle and the let's block.
